1. Who we are

CrownLedger (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name of Ledger Index Media Ltd, Company No. 15098431 (England & Wales), with a postal address at 4th Floor, Albion Wharf House, 27 Ducie Street, Manchester, M1 2JW, United Kingdom. We operate this website as an independent casino comparison and referral service. For the purposes of UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, we are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. 2. What information we collect

CrownLedger is a content website and does not require you to create an account to read it. The information we may process falls into three categories. First, information you give us voluntarily — for example, if you email us, we will hold your email address and the contents of your message. Second, technical information collected automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view and the time of your visit. Third, information from cookies and similar technologies, as described below.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website is intended only for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited personal information we hold against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information appropriately.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to put things right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
